Rental Liability Agreement

By agreeing to rent a camper from The Elevated Outdoors, the Renter acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

Damages:

The Renter shall be responsible for any and all damages to the rented camper during the rental period, excluding normal wear and tear. This includes damages to the interior and exterior of the camper. The Renter agrees to notify The Elevated Outdoors immediately in the event of any damage.

Liability:

The Renter assumes all liability for any injuries or damages that occur while the camper is in their possession. The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Elevated Outdoors from any claims, lawsuits, or liabilities arising out of the Renter's use of the camper.

Use of Camper

The Renter agrees to use the camper in a lawful manner and for lawful purposes only. The camper shall not be used for any illegal activities or in a manner that could be considered dangerous or reckless.

Cancellation Policy

The Renter agrees to abide by The Elevated Outdoors's cancellation policy, which requires notification of cancellation at least 2 days (48 hours) before the scheduled rental date to avoid any cancellation fees (half the rental price).

Late Return Policy

The Renter agrees to return or vacate the camper by the stipulated date and time as outlined in the rental agreement. In the event of a late return, additional fees may be imposed, equivalent to at least the daily rental rate previously agreed upon. Additional charges may be levied in case of subsequent booking cancellations or losses incurred by The Elevated Outdoors as a direct result of the late return.

Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed in the camper unless prior approval has been given. If allowed, the Renter agrees to comply with any additional rules and potential cleaning fees as specified by The Elevated Outdoors. Pet cleaning fees are $200 and up depending on condition of camper.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is not permitted inside the camper. Violation of this policy may result in additional cleaning and deodorizing fees of $250.

Maintenance and Repairs

The Renter agrees to report any necessary repairs or maintenance to The Elevated Outdoors immediately.

Personal Property

The Elevated Outdoors is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal property stored or transported in the camper during the rental period.

Subleasing

Subleasing of the camper is strictly prohibited.

Governing Law

Renter acknowledges this agreement shall be governed by all applicable local, state and federal laws and will comply with them.
